As a first-time visitor to Menorca, I had a wonderful experience at Tres Sants. The staff were incredibly attentive, with Edgar providing us valuable information on exploring the island. The breakfast served by the lovely lady was delicious, especially the coffee. The hotel's location in the beautiful and friendly city of Ciutadella was just perfect. The family-owned hotel had an excellent atmosphere and customer service. The underground pool, jacuzzi, and steam room were a delightful addition. The continental breakfast had a good variety, and the large bed was very comfortable. The roof terrace with views of the cathedral was simply amazing.
